Can you accommodate dietary or accessibility needs across a large group?
Yes — our group coordinator collects this upfront and manages it directly with lodges and vehicle operators, so nothing gets missed on the day.
How far in advance should we book a corporate group?
Six to eight weeks minimum for groups over 20 — coordinating that many vehicles and permits at once needs a longer lead time than an individual booking.
Can you split a large group across multiple reserves?
Yes — for groups that want variety, we can split into sub-groups routed to different reserves and reunite everyone for the closing dinner or team activity.
Do you offer team-building activities beyond the safaris themselves?
Yes — guided walks, campfire evenings, and naturalist-led talks are all available as add-ons, and we can tailor these around your team's objectives for the offsite.
