Terms & Conditions

By booking a safari, tour or package with JungleViibes ("we," "us," "JungleViibes"), or by using jungleviibes.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm you have authority to bind all members of that group to these terms.

A booking is confirmed once we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit (typically 30% of the package price, subject to change during peak season). The balance is due no later than 30 days before your first safari date, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise; figures shown in other currencies are indicative and may vary with exchange rates at time of payment.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You must hold a valid passport, visa and any required permits for travel to India
• You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, including cover for trip cancellation, medical emergencies and evacuation
• You must disclose any medical conditions or mobility needs relevant to safari participation at the time of booking
• You must follow the safety instructions of your naturalist guide and forest department staff at all times

JungleViibes routes every itinerary around the reserves and naturalists most likely to deliver strong sightings, but no tour operator can guarantee the sighting of any specific animal, including tigers. Wildlife behaviour is unpredictable and outside our control. Safaris take place in genuine wilderness; while extremely rare, wildlife encounters carry inherent risk, and guests participate at their own risk and in accordance with forest department safety rules.

Safari entry is governed by Indian forest department permit systems, which set daily vehicle quotas, zone allocations and identification requirements (including passport details for foreign nationals) beyond our control. Permit availability can change without notice; where a specific zone or gate cannot be secured, we will offer the closest available alternative.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JungleViibes' liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party suppliers (airlines, lodges, independent transport operators), acts of nature, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for delay, cancellation, or failure to perform any obligation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, forest fires, park closures ordered by authorities, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, civil unrest, or government action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that booking. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
